    At Judaica.com, we want to make your ordering and shipping processes as easy as possible. You can place your order online anytime, or call us at 1-888-765-5620 (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST) to speak with a representative. You can also reach our team through online chat.   • How do I get an order confirmation?

    As soon as an order is authorized for payment, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This confirmation will indicate your order number. Please have your order confirmation number available whenever you contact us regarding your order.

  • What are the shipping charges and how does Judaica.com calculate them?

    It is our goal to make shipping charges as affordable as possible. We strive to bring you free shipping on your order of $99 or more within the 48 contiguous states.

    Items under $99 or that require custom preparation, may have a shipping fee associated with them. In those cases, the shipping charges are dependent on the volume-weight of the product.

    We will always let you know if your Judaica purchase qualifies for free shipping on the product page.

  • How do my orders get shipped from Judaica.com’s warehouse?

    We strive to bring you free standard shipping on your order of $99 or more within the 48 contiguous states. For custom-made or personalized items additional shipping fees may apply. We will always let you know on the product page if an item is subject to a shipping fee.

    Orders under 99$ have a standard shipping rate of $7.00.

    Expedited shipping, for a marginal shipping fee, is available for most orders. Please note that not all items can be expedited, see - “How long will it take to get my order” - below for more information.

    We ship Internationally, and to Hawaii and Alaska but we're not able to offer free shipping to these locations. Shipping costs will vary based on the size of your order and the shipping destination.

  • How long will it take to get my order?

    Your order is important to us! We aim to ship all orders within one business day however, some items can take longer to process. Every product page has a feature that communicates the expected processing time for the item, it can be found in the “Availability” section located above the product description. Additionally, at peak times (such as before holidays - see below) it can take a bit longer for your order to leave our warehouse.

    Once your order leaves our warehouse it typically takes between 2-5 business days for you to receive your shipment.

  • But I really need my order fast..

    We offer free standard shipping on most orders of $99 or more, but for a nominal fee you can select an expedited shipping method to receive your order sooner. Before selecting an expedited shipping method please check the availability messaging on the product page to determine when that product will be available to ship. Expedited shipping only reduces the amount of time your shipment spends in-transit, it does not expedite the availability of the item(s) you purchase.

  • Can I have my order shipped to any state? How about internationally?

    We can ship anywhere! We offer FREE shipping on almost all orders over $99 to any of the 48 contiguous states. Packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and internationally are subject to shipping fees.

  • Can I place my order over the phone?

    Yes! Call 1-888-765-5620 (9am-5pm EST) to place a phone order.

  • Which credit cards does Judaica.com accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. We can also take payments via PayPal.

  • Is my credit card number secure?

    At Judaica.com, we are very careful to ensure each transaction you make is secure. All payment information is encrypted and for added security your credit card information is not stored in our system.

  • Will the item I purchase be the same as the item displayed on the website?

    All images and descriptions are representative of the products they display. If you feel that you have received the incorrect item please contact us right away (see our Return Policy for details).

  • Where are Judaica.com’s products manufactured?

    The items available on Judaica.com are sourced from exclusive manufacturers and artists in Israel and America, as well as artisans from around the globe. This enables our customers to choose from the highest quality range of Jewish gifts and other products online, from the comfort of their home.   • How can I check the status of my order?

    A confirmation email with your tracking number is sent to you after your order has been shipped. You may also track your order status online by and clicking Track Your Order at the bottom of the Judaica.com website. You will be prompted to log in to your account.

  • Can I send a gift message?

    Yes! You can send a message with your gift. Just type in your message when prompted during checkout. Your personal message will be delivered with the gift.

  • Where can Judaica.com deliver gifts?

    We can ship anywhere! We offer FREE shipping on almost all orders over $99 to any of the 48 contiguous states. Packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and internationally are subject to shipping fees.
